so my sister said she lost 7lbs in a week on the lemonade diet. I remember that but didn’t pay her any mind at the time lol. Anyway, i’ll get the details when she gets here and def will post. I don’t know if I can do it though. I love food so much!
I’ll post how later today or tomorrow. So far it’s been two weeks and i’ve managed to lose at least 3 pounds. I wish i could keep everything, but lose the belly flab. damn beer and wine!
